What's included

Each bedroom comes with a set of linen,
which includes sheets, blanket, bedspread, and towels. Kitchens are
fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utencils and other items.
What's not included
Parking: Parking on the street is very easy but there can be tickets from street cleaning if you forget to move your car. There is limited off-street parking for $50 monthly (or partial month) for one vehicle.
Telephone service:
Phones
can be turned on quickly and cheaply. However, you must have the
service
in your name. It is best to use cell phone
service.
DSL/High Speed: How this is handled is negotiable.
Cleaning service: You clean the apartment just as you would at home. When departing you are expected to leave the apartment in clean condition, as you received it.
Message Service:
You must
make arrangements for getting messages.
